Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette

1/2 cup aged balsamic vinegar 
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons water
1 small jar

Add all ingredients to the jar, shake vigorously. Leave on counter in air tight jar, do not refrigerate.

Makes about 1 1/4 cups salad dressing
